Meet the Team
Giuliana
Director
Giuliana has spent over seven years supporting people with high physical needs. She’s inspired every day by her daughter’s journey and brings a caring “Mum” perspective to her work. As a nurse, she cared for adults with disabilities from 1998 to 2003.
Giuliana has also worked in special education for the Department of Education where she supported children from ages 4 - 18.
Her nursing background helps her understand what you’re going through and how to make things easier for you.
Kahli Larsen-Bailey
Senior Support Coordinator
Kahli has been helping people with complex psychosocial needs for over five years.
She’s great at working through tricky systems, like hospitals or justice systems and services. .
Kahli loves finding ways forward, especially when it feels like there are no options.
Lauren Best
Support Coordinator (Specialist in Physical Disabilities)
Lauren knows a lot about conditions like MS and Down Syndrome. She’s calm, organised, and always ready to look for the best options for you.
Lauren works hard to make sure your support fits exactly what you need.
Pippa
Chief Happiness Coordinator
Pippa, our friendly Groodle (Golden Retriever and Poodle mix), is here to brighten your day. She’s ready for cuddles, pats, and making everyone feel welcome.
Pippa’s job is to bring smiles to everyone she meets.

Giuliana’s daughter is the main reason she started this journey. Living with complex disabilities, her daughter has shown incredible strength and resilience.
Giuliana is built for helping. Even before her daughter came along, she was advocating for people with disabilities since 1998. Her experience as a parent and nurse drives her passion for helping others feel supported and heard.
Her nursing and education sector experience often included seeing people and families struggling to navigate through government departments.
That is why she is so dedicated to supporting people and families dealing with the systems they need to live a happy life.
